How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
- Shipping will take 7-10 business days.
- Some items just like color anodizing titanium rings may take 15-18 business days, depending on an item.
- EMS tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available.
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Returns & Exchanges
All of items in TATIAS are 100% custom made after the order,so refund or return is not possible at any situation. If there is any defect found in the item, TATIAS will shoulder all the costs for return, and reshipment.
Returned item without prior consent will be refused. If there's any defect found, please contact our CS center(firstname.lastname@example.org) right away. Item should be returned as the same condition as when received.
Item with damaged packaging or used item cannot be returned/exchanged.
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Reward Points for a Purchase:
Reward Points of 3%of your order will be issued to your account after 20days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available Reward Points balance.
Reward Points Reviews:
You will be rewarded for leaving reviews of your purchased items as,
- $1 for text reviews
- $3 for photo reviews
Cancellation of Reward Points:
Pending Reward Points issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your Reward Points will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your Reward Points will expire if there is no newly issued Reward Points for three years.
